Common Problems and Troubleshooting Tips Used By Teachers at GRCMS
1. If you cannot connect to the network or network folders do not appear:
a. Turn your wi-fi off and then back on again. Wait 30 seconds and see if you connect.

2. If you get the spinning Apple beach ball, try Apple> Force Quit. Select the program you are in and click "Force Quit".
3. If are disconnected from the wi-fi, try turning off your wi-fi. Keep it turned off for 10 seconds or so and then turn it back on.
4. If your classroom does not appear in the Apple TV selections, turn off your wi-fi for 10 seconds and then turn it back on again. If your classroom still does not appear in the Apple TV selections try rebooting your computer.
5. If your Apple TV keeps dropping your connection, restart the Apple TV. This can be done by going to the Apple TV main menu, select General, and then at the bottom of the list select Restart. Give the system time to restart.
